Morgan is a certified and licensed Athletic Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist(CSCS) with over 7 years of experience in the world of injury rehabilitation science and performance coaching. Morgan comes from an extensive background working with collegiate level athletes across a variety of sports in the university setting.

Working in this setting as both an Athletic Trainer and a Strength and Conditioning Coach is a unique combination of experience that taps into the facets of both injury and performance. Morgan's role as an Athletic Trainer has allowed her to develop a deep knowledge of orthopedic injuries that has translated directly into her experience in providing the most effective strategies to rehabilitate and prevent injury, solve chronic pain, and ineffective movement patterns. Coupled with her experience in a strength and conditioning coach role, working with athletes to target speed, power production and strength, Morgan has become an expert in movement and physical performance.

From those with new or chronic injuries or chronic pain, to those that are just starting out and looking to move better, to experienced athletes who are looking to optimize and elevate their physical performance, Morgan can help with an individualized plan that will guide you to meet your body's needs and meet your goals.
