1-on-1 Training

With 1-on-1 training, you receive the ultimate individualized experience with programming completely individualized to you or your athlete and all of the benefit from receiving the full attention of your performance coach.

1-on-1 training sessions can consist of weight room strength and power sessions or on field/court agility, linear speed mechanics and/or conditioning.

A variety of packages are available that allow for flexibility in the selection of training services that MC training solutions provides that you can select from.

It's your training. It's up to you!

WHERE we train: Again, this is an in-home/travel training service. We train in spots local to you.
We utilize local Parks and Turf fields. Local Tracks. Your local weight room.

PRICING: 1-on-1 training services range from $45-$80 for single-session costs with comprehensive training packages ranging from $$-$$$.

small Group Training

(2-4 Participants)

Small group training can create a fun, competitive environment while still providing a similar individualized approach to programming and coaching.

Small Group training sessions, similar to 1-on-1 training, can consist of weight room strength and power sessions or on field/court agility, linear speed mechanics and/or conditioning.
